New Renault Triber 2025 Facelift – What’s New?

Hello friends ! Welcome to my new article. Here I have the new facelift model of Renault’s “Triber” car. But people kept asking for only two things on social media – add a sunroof and a turbo engine. Did these happen? What updates have come? How much is the price? Let’s see in full whether I like it or not.

Changes in the Car’s Key and Exterior

There are no major changes in the key. There is a simple key – lock, unlock buttons. Even if the key is in the glove compartment, the car is locked/unlocked by approaching it. There is also a push button.

Big change at the back – Renault’s logo has been changed. It has a new, flat and modern look. The same logo also comes on the key.

Front Changes

The front of this new Triber car has changed a lot compared to the old model. Important:

• Grill: The front grille has a new design. This makes the car’s face catchy.

Lights

• The front LED DRL (Daytime Running Lights)
• Low Beam and High Beam lights are all LED now.
• But only the indicator lights are still the old halogen lights.
• Fog Lamp Location: Only a black plastic housing has been given where the Fog Lamp should be. That is, there is no actual Fog Lamp in that place.
• Parking Sensors: This car has three parking sensors at the front. This is a good thing, because usually front sensors are not provided in all car models.
• Bonnet Shape: Small changes have also been made to the shape of the car’s bonnet, which makes the car look a little different.

Price Details

This car starts at around ₹6.5 lakh on-road price. If you go to the top end, it costs up to ₹10.5 lakh.

Minor Issues

There are some cast cuttings like the old model. For example, the wiper nozzle is on the outside. The quality of the wipers is average.

Tires and Wheels

There are only heavy covers instead of alloy wheels. But the quality of the tires has improved slightly after the February 2025 update – C8 Secure Drive tires are available.

Indicators

• The indicators are still on the body panel instead of on the side mirrors.

Rear – Boot Space and Safety

There are no major changes at the rear. Only the taillights have been changed. The logo is new.

The boot space is the same as before. The rear seats can be removed and kept at home. All seats have 3-point seatbelts, but the rear seatbelt does not automatically retract. Headrests are provided for all seats. AC vents are available for all rows.

Interior Changes

• There are minor changes in the dashboard area. The display screen seems to have improved.

• One good thing is that the dashboard design is in a very finished form.

• Although the build quality is average, the vehicle is eye-catching.

New Features

• Rain Sensing Wipers and Auto Headlights have been added.

Cruise Control

Is Cruise Control available? – Yes, but it is available only in the Manual top-end variant. If you buy the Automatic (AMT), you will have to pay ₹52,000 more, but it will not have Cruise Control.

Conclusion

That is, this facelift model has not only come with the appearance, but also with some minor mechanical and feature improvements. But the fact is that the big changes, Turbo Engine, Sunroof etc. are not yet available.

As far as what has been shown so far, it can be said that the Triber is a good spacious MPV in this price range, and despite the minor changes, it does not fully meet the expectations of the customers.
