TVS Motor Company is growing as one of India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers. The company sold a total of 4,31,275 vehicles in the last month of May 2025. This includes two-wheelers and three-wheelers. The same company had sold only 3,69,914 vehicles in May 2024. Huge growth in two-wheeler sales
TVS Company has sold a large number of its bike and scooter type two-wheelers in May 2025. This month alone, customers have purchased a total of 4,16,166 units of vehicles. Last year, in the same month of May 2024, only 3,59,590 units were sold. Based on this, it can be clearly said that there has been a 16 percent growth in two-wheeler sales this year. This growth shows the confidence and demand for TVS vehicles among customers.

More customers than TVS Auto
In May 2025, TVS recorded a great sales record in the three-wheeler category, especially the auto rickshaw category. A total of 15,109 units were sold. The same company had sold 10,324 units of three-wheelers in May 2024. Comparing the sales of these two years, TVS has seen a 46 percent growth in three-wheeler sales. This proves that there is a high demand among customers for vehicles like auto rickshaws and TVS has fulfilled that demand well.
Export sales also increase
TVS is also exporting its vehicles to foreign countries. In May 2025 alone, 1,18,437 units of two-wheelers and three-wheelers were exported abroad. In the same month of May 2024, only 96,966 units were exported. When comparing the export figures of these two years, there has been a growth of 22 percent. This reveals that there is a steady demand for TVS vehicles in the international market and that its export sales are continuously on a path of excellent growth.
Record in electric vehicle sales
TVS has also achieved significant growth in the sales of electric vehicles. A total of 27,976 units of electric vehicles were sold in May 2025. In the same month of May 2024, only 18,674 units were sold. In comparison, there has been a growth of 50 percent in the sales of electric vehicles. The main reason for this sales growth is TVS’s iQube e-scooter. The company has made significant progress in the electric vehicle sector due to the high customer acceptance and demand for this scooter.

TVS iQube is a popular electric scooter from TVS. The ex-showroom price of this scooter is set between Rs. 1 lakh and Rs. 1.23 lakh. It is available to customers with various battery options, namely 2.2 kWh, 3.04 kWh and 5.1 kWh batteries. Once charged, this scooter is capable of traveling between 75 kilometers and 150 kilometers on a single charge.
